PRICE LIST INSTRUCTIONS:
ALL PRICES IN THE PRICE LIST ABOVE INCLUDE YOU ONE COLOR CUSTOM IMPRINT.
NO SCREEN CHARGES FOR 144 PIECES OR MORE. PRICING INCLUDES UP TO FOUR COLORS EMBROIDERY IN PLACE OF PRINTING: Simply add $2.25 per item to include up to 7000 stitches per location. Above 7000 stitches refer to “additional charges” below.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
PRODUCTION TIME : Normal production time is 5-10 business days for screen printed items, and 10-20 business days for
embroidered items. Our “Free 5 Day Service” is available on printed items only and as production permits. Embroidered items are based on our schedule.
INK COLOR MATCH (PMS) Standard ink colors are as follows:
Athletic gold PMS 1235, Maroon PMS 209, Forest Green , PMS 3305, Purple PMS 268, Royal Blue PMS 2945, Red PMS 186, Yellow PMS 109, Orange PMS 1505, Kelly Green PMS 348, Navy Blue PMS 295, PMS 429 Gray, White, Black, Reflex Blue. Any non standard ink color used will be charged a $15.00 PMS match. 500 items or more: no charge.
INK COLOR CHANGE : $12.50 per color change. Minimum of 24 items per color change.
METALLIC INKS: Add one additional color.
METALLIC THREADS: Add 0.31 per thousand stitches.
PRINT ON POCKET: add two additional colors
PRINT ABOVE POCKET : Add one additional color
DROP SHIPMENTS: $6.25 per location.
INDIVIDUAL BAGGING: $0.50 per item bagged.
PRODUCTION PROOF: Mandatory on 1000 or more or orders exceeding $3000.00. Physical proofs can be produced on a speculative basis or prior to a production run.
Screen printing: end quantity price plus screen charges. Screen charges will be billed again for production run unless run is over 144 pieces.
Embroidery: end quantity price plus digitizing charge and thread set up $6.25 per color.
PAPER PROOF: Free of charge and consists of art only. Can be faxed or e-mailed.
VIRTUAL PROOF: $12.50 Consists of an E-mailed color mock up of your product or similar product with your art in the desired placement.
BLANK RANDOM SAMPLES: Available at end quantity pricing. Samples priced under $15.00 are non returnable for credit but may be returned to use with a print or embroidery order. Samples priced at $15.01 and above may be returned with a 20% restock fee.
QUANTITY PRICING: Similar products may be combined to obtain quantity pricing when the same imprint and method is used.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered.
NUMBERS: Available in 8 inch black or white block style only $1.88 per Digit.

EMBROIDERY IN PLACE OF PRINT: Add $2.25 to the item price. This will include 7000 stitches on one location. Above 7000 stitches,add:

Thread setup: 24-71 $6.25 per color. 72 items or more, no charge.
Thread color change: $6.25 per color
MULTILOCATION EMBROIDERY: Minimum charge is $2.25 or $0.44 per /1000 stitches whichever is greater.
Embroidered names can be up to ½ inch tall. First name $5.00 each. To add last name $1.25 each.
EMAILED ART: WE ARE PC BASED AND PREFER ILLUSTRATOR, EPS & COREL DRAW FILES, HOWEVER WE WILL ACCEPT
ANYOTHER FORMAT, SUCH AS .JPG, .DOC, .PDF, etc. OUR EXCELLENT GRAPHIC ARTIST CHARGES ONLY $15.00, TYPICALLY, TO CONVERT YOUR FOILE TO AN ACCEPTABLE FORMAT FOR IMPRINTING.
