2. Custom Printed or Blank defective items may be returned at no cost within one month of their reception, pending approval by the MLP Customer Service. Alternatively, the defective items may be replaced. Please contact Customer Service at: 1-800-383-4925.
Please note that the quality of the material or the color of the item are not considered defects. We urge clients to ask for a sample if they are not sure about the quality of the material. Also, if the product and imprint colors are very important, then the client should specify the PMS (Pantone) numbers of the ordered item and of the custom imprint.
