Returns for defective orders are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order. Mapleleaf will replace the entire order at no cost if the products or the imprint is defective and has not been worn, used, or damaged. In addition, if the merchandise was shipped to you in error or arrived damaged or defective, we will credit your account for normal ground freight for the return, if a return shipment is requested.

For return requests, our team will determine whether there is an immediate remedy for your concern or whether you need a replacement order or refund. To request a return, please notify our customer service department at the above email or phone number with your order number(s) available. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA number) and, if required, we will provide instructions and the location of where to return your product to.

Please enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the reverse of the packing slip the reason for the return or the exchange requested. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number. Please ship your returned package via a trackable shipping method.

No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
